I'm being a little more generous than the other reviews giving this place a second star.
Do NOT be fooled though - I am not in the least impressed with this place.
Someone very special to me is in there now and I just visited her yesterday.
First of all, she had told me a day or so prior that one of the other patients upset her, and a nurse aggressively pushed her for information on who it was - which of course just upset the poor girl more! She ended up running off into her room crying
To make it worse, they put her on another medication for just that incident! REALLY?! It's the fault of the nurse and that patient - NOT my her!
When I visited myself, the receptionist was very cold and rude. She never said hello, just "who are you visiting?"
I'm very dissatisfied with the two person visitor limit as my whole family was only allowed to visit for an hour, which of course got cut down to 30 minutes for my brother and I, and my parents to visit her separately. I felt very, very robbed of my time with her.
Other than one cute painting of geese, there were no happy paintings on the walls, though the place was very clean and modern, the staff was very off-putting with the exception of the guy who led us in.
The black fence that I couldn't stop staring at out the window looked like something that belonged around a prison.
I'm only giving this a second star because my she says that she's doing much better, and nonetheless, it's better than her being dead or depressed.

All in all, this place made me angry. I hope they get many more bad reviews and that someone sues them or something.
