Only giving it 1 star because 0 is not an option. Do NOT go here for service. Unless you have thousands of dollars to shell out on overpriced parts and service stay away from BMW all together.

We brought our car in just looking to get a brake light turned off and were told that the car would no longer turn on after they hooked it up to update software. The options were either take your car out on a flat bed truck or pay $2000 and we can fix it.

That's right. Car goes in working perfectly and comes out on a flatbed truck. These guys are crooks.
