Don't be reliant on Webster Hall's Guest List - Especially if you plan on using it on a Saturday! I celebrated my 21st birthday party at Webster Hall. Prior to going to going there, I was told numerous times by their customer service that I would be able to use the guest pass on June 7th. Long story short, tickets ran out, the guest pass was never available for that date, some of my guests had already purchased tickets - while others were reliant on the guest pass, and the customer service reps. refused to give me a refund. I was highly upset. After speaking with a Representative, who was very nasty and rude - I spoke to the manger - which is why I am giving Webster Hall such a good rating. The management is great! They helped me out, and made sure that I was taken care of! I am so appreciative of them and even more grateful that they took the time to listen, understand, and rectify my situation. I would have given them 5 stars for their customer service, but because of one bad egg in the bunch, I have given them 4 stars. Its sad how one person can ruin such a great review!
