This is her daughter. I have her vehicle after she called me & said she was told y all wanted to charge her over $800 to change a blower motor. I checked the vehicle yesterday & the ac is working perfectly, blowing extremely cold air. A blower motor either works or it don t. I guess y all did not notice the smell of antifreeze & the residue of antifreeze all over the upper frame & antifreeze coolant jug. I m having it checked out by my commercial mechanic who has 30+ years experience. When I get the diagnosis & get a work order, I will come to Covington with my mother for her to get her $125 fee back. Y all would have charged a 81 y/o lady $800+ for something that works perfectly & a few miles down the road, her 2016 car with barely 20,000 miles would prob just quit. That is taking advantage of the elderly.
