Claim has been going on for 5 years now with no end in sight. It was A car accident where the other party admitted Blame immediately. Every file handler leaves after a couple of months and nobody informs you. Every time you phone they say someone will call you back after 72 hours but that doesn t happen. I think I m on about my 20th file handler now. My car insurance company put Ageas forward to deal with the claim and they used new law. The service provided by these people is insulting and ridiculous. If you can avoid them definitely do so.
