Overall, my experience with Greaves-Smith Properties, LLC has been satisfactory. The customer service was decent, and the staff was generally helpful. However, there were a few issues with the property that took longer than expected to be resolved. Nonetheless, I appreciate the efforts made by the team to address my concerns.
