For the fifth year, at our request, Deon of Pyramid Heating and Cooling completed the annual furnace and heat pump maintenance program under our two-year maintenance contract with Pyramid, which includes changing the air cleaner filter. We're now assured the heating and cooling system are working efficiently for the upcoming winter season. As usual, Deon did a bang up job.
