We need nicer dealerships that sell Cadillac's in Edmonton. This is very outdated compared to the other luxury brands Cadillac competes against. The service is not even close to other luxury brands. Everything about this dealership feels more catered to Chevy than a Cadillac. They really need to go see what other luxury dealerships are like and what they offer. When I bring in my vehicle I don't feel like I bought a luxury vehicle to get serviced. It feels more like a just bought a fully loaded Chevy.
