They are anyone. I bought 2 tickets for today's show at 8:00 p.m., we were 15 min late and they wouldn't let us pass. We asked them that with the purchase we had made at least we can attend the next function on 09/09 and they told us that it is not possible. They took the money like that with impunity. I'd give them 0 stars but you can't. It surprises me because it is not the first time that I go to konex and they did not have these operations before. A disaster.
