I had to bring my husband on Friday evening in an emergency because he had swallowed something and was stuck in his throat. The waiting time was shortly after the first examinations and was told that he had to stay overnight and that he would have an operation in the morning after which he could go home. So I went home because we have a little daughter. My husband wrote to me at 8:40 p.m. that the operation would be done that night because they had time. Well, when I hadn't heard anything from him at 9:00 in the morning and was slowly getting scared, I called the ward. There an apprentice daughter answered the call. She told me that the procedure had not yet been done and that he was awake in his room. I asked her why I didn't hear anything from him then, I'm very worried about him. Your answer I don't know, I'll tell him.
Later it turned out that the operation was in the evening at 11 p.m. and they took the valuables from my husband and didn't bring them anymore. The apprentice's daughter was asked several times to fetch the things (also from the sister responsible) but didn't do it. She still had the nerve to tell my husband that I called and he should ask a relative to get his things. He has already been released but had to wait 1 hour for his things. I'm still extremely angry, it is not possible that someone does not get their things for so long and not told me on the phone
is that he has no Hany and is buffeted the operation was not. If you have no idea you shouldn't answer the phone.
Also, my husband said she was very arrogant. After my call she noticed that I was afraid only said yes, I'll get the things someday.
It cannot be that a patient cannot inform his relatives for so long and who you are calling or receiving wrong information.
