Engineer arrived well within the time-frame advised, was prompt at deciding what the problem was and fixed it quickly and well. He advised that SP Energy Networks should be called in to ascertain if there was further damage to equipment that he could not get to and, subsequently SP Energy Networks engineer identified the problem and fixed it. He indicated that the Able electrician was perfectly correct in both his repair and in indicating that there was a further problem only repairable by SP Energy Networks.
