The employee was annoyed by the fact that the phone actually rang. Granted, as I was told i should have called Mental health operator instead of administration. However, the representative was more concerned with how I got the number than getting me to the right department during a family mental health crises. This is how people dealing with mental health issues fall through the cracks. Calling the court to ask about emergency documents was no better. It was obvious he was annoyed by my questions as he rushed me off the phone. Very poor phone etiquette.
