I had called ahead of time for service, 3 issues occurring with my truck i bought couple months ago. One of the issues was a remote starter. Person who answered phone told me it was an update issue and bring the truck in. I brought it in and when i presented the 3 issues to the advisory he asked me if i brought both keys in, i did not. He wanted to do all this work for all issues another time but it took me an hour to get there with traffic and he really didn't care about that. I had him look at the other 2 issues and he stated both are not under warranty right away. I tried to explain to him how you can make that determination so quickly and he said that is what it looks like but than said he would need to keep it and submit it for eval. Stated it would take a day or so. They are supposed to have loaner car but he stated to me we can talk about it tomorrow and determine if i need one. So i guess i cant go to work, lol. I mean really. Than he told me there is not one available. I had to ask for a car, and it seemed he didn't want that subject to be brought up. I asked to speak with manager because i was concerned about why my car wouldn't be covered and why i was not told about bringing both car keys in. The manager of course instead of apologizing was standing up for his adviser. No smile in anyone's faces and stating sorry for the inconvenience had never entered there mind. I pick up the truck 2 days later and he walked me up to pay and did not come outside with me to look at what was done and to make sure i had no questions. This service department was terrible and nothing compared to Toyota or Lincoln where i have had better experience. Do not know about dodge anymore whether i would buy a car there or not due to this service department.
