My 5 year old son got stuck in Japan because Canada changed the reentry requirement for Dual Canadian citizens returning to Canada, we tried to get help from the embassy in Tokyo but the staff were hard to get a hold of, left several messages and when they did finally call back we were out and they said we would have to call back and leave another message, and when we did finally get to talk to someone they were not very helpful at all!
