My recent service experience was less than stellar...

My recent service experience was less than stellar not because of the way I was treated but rather because of the vehicle itself. My 3 year old Escape has developed an extremely annoying interior squeak. Of course it had to be one of those things that go away the day of my service appointment and returns the following day. I have a 10 year old Nissan with 100k+ miles that doesn't sound this bad. This is why buying American is so trying.
