While the quality of work is excellent, the prices are a bit excessive. At one visit I was told that I needed new tires immediately. I decided to shop around for tires and ended up not replacing them. At my last visit, nothing was mentioned about tires. So, I inquired. The person assisting me that day was very willing to personally measure the tread on my tires. And, it turned out that I didn't need new tires afterall, at least not immediately. I thus, lost a bit of faith in the dealership. In order to appease me, I was given a free oil change for my next visit. Honda will have to regain my trust. My car, however, runs/feels much better after each visit. So, again, the work is exemplary.
