I purchased a whirlpool fridge from them back in June.They say they have the best prices and I have to agree that they are competative but buyer beware if you have a problem with your appliance. You will get the run around and I was basically told by the manager there to take it up with Whirlpool Canada and they were unwilling to do anything. After speaking with Whirlpool Canada they told me the same thing, "We can't do anything" The moral of the story is I would have paid more for the fridge if I had gotten more support and customer service.I will never go back to that store and buy another thing, furthermore I will never buy a Whirpool product again.
