on the 28 of July my wife & I found the camper of our dreams in the Dynamax Isata. Matt Horniman was very helpful wile we were on campus but our disappointment accrued after we left. After submitting our credit app on-line that Sunday night, We are excited to embark on this exciting journey but quickly we found our self as "just another deal" and confused of what our score was & how our trade in worked and so on... I called several times leaving voicemails for Mike Propst & Matt Horniman expressing our concerns.. Without receiving a call back I ask to speak to John who said he was the Sales Manager. He quickly reminded me that Matt has done this for 15+ years and Mike Propst is busy from the moment he walks in to the time he goes home. I guess that Johns reasoning for not calling a customer back. We were just so excited & everything was so new to us, but sadly the core values that you read about of Carolina Coach is NOT how they really treat the customer..
