We booked Paris Las Vegas for our trip. This was our first time visiting Vegas and our first hotel experience here. The booking process was very good, they even allowed us to add a discount to the reservation a few days after we initially booked online. The room was very clean, however, the we both were unhappy about the pillows and the AC in our room was not working. We called the concierge desk to have maintenance take a look, maintenance was at our room in about 15 minutes then identified and fixed the issue very quickly. Overall, very good service, will definitely consider returning for a future visit.
