I worked with Spinx on site maintenance after a less than ideal experience with another agency. I found Spinx to be responsive to inquiries over Basecamp and also willing to jump on calls even with my IT team if they had issues. The work was completed in a timely manner and the team remained accessible and responsive if we encountered issues post launch of new functionality that needed to be trouble shooted and addressed.
