Our experience with The Flat Company was great. Any time there was an issue with maintenance, our issue was resolved promptly, for example, the first night my bed broke and 48hours later i had a new bed, no questions asked, the same with mirror. Sidonie was our initial agent and was very helpful with explaining our lease etc, then we had Jessica Jamieson who was lovely. Any questions i had about anything she was more than happy to help any way she could. Very professional, helpful and personable, too.

The only slight issue we had was when contractors were contacting us to book appointments without us hearing from TFC to alert us that we would be contacted by contractors. However, when i called TFC they explained everything and it was fine.

We also managed to get our full deposit back which we were very grateful for. If i am going to rent through an agency again i will definitely be going through The Flat Company :)
