First time staying at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Had a very relaxing facial by the lovely Nola followed by a swim, sauna and jacuzzi. The views of the Mourne mountains whilst in the pool/sauna/jacuzzi are just so therapeutic.
The room was perfect and couldn't be faulted. Nice temperature and comfortable beds.
Breakfast was self service but good selection of cereals, cooked food etc. Just what you'd expect from a hotel really.
If I had one negative I would say that some of the staff could be a little more welcoming and friendly. Matthew on reception was an exception to this as he greeted my friend and me with a smile and appeared genuinely happy at his job.
Perhaps he could pass on a few tips to his somewhat sour colleagues...
