The room we received had white stains on the couch...

The room we received had white stains on the couch, brown stains over the ceiling of the bed, and a sticky stain on the chair. We called the front desk and the housekeeper just cleaned the stains all with lysol and a washcloth which did not take care of the stains on the couch. The door between the rooms could not be closed because it got stuck, and the room just appeared dingy and dated.
