Magnussen of Lexus was great as I purchased my first new car in 17 years. My last car was a 2000 Forerunner which has served me well. Staff was not pushy, patient, answered all my questions and continue to be available as questions arise. I was reminded why I went to Magnussen in Palo Alto 17 years ago. I tried other Toyota/Lexus dealers, but I did not like the vibe. When I went to Magnussen of Fremont, I literally had to walk in to find a salesperson after 20 minutes because I was on a phone call discussing the car with my son. I was told they saw me when I arrived, but saw I was on the phone and was waiting until I was free to speak with them. Great staff. I love the approach of Anthony Huynh! Javier, his assistant, patient and available. Even more impressive is I sent Anthony an email on his day off and Arnel Gonzales responded. I went in today to have something added to my car, nice staff. I am totally sold on these guys. Check them out!
