If I could give 0 stars I would. The people that work here are horrible at communicating. Spent lots of money on protection packages, as I was told a small ding or dent would be covered for free.These protection plans cost thousands of dollars. I brought the car in because it got dinged in the parking lot, looked like a shopping cart streak. They even said it was a ding . They charged me to me to fix it. While dealing with them, I called and left numerous messages and no one could call back or answer. Never would buy a car here again, not recommended.
Update - Talked with Bill the branch manger, he explained the coverage we purchased and helped me out while relaying to me that customer service was there #1 priority. Thank you Bill for contacting and we will be happy to continue doing business with you in the future.
