This is likely a scam company. They were trying to tell me that they wanted 1099 employment, however the 1099 form is for money not earned through employment. They went on to call my resume "ridiculous" (I didn't put any circus clowns on it, because I don't have their picture so I don't know what they were referring to) and tell me that if I were to be hired on a W2 that I would have to take a very large pay cut. No matter what they are, they are LOW INTEGRITY! AVOID THEM!
