UPDATE: Still Awful but to respond to their reply, yes I did speak to the ombudsmen but as I had not paid edwards any money the ombudsmen was unable to get involved (sadly). And no it isn't a shame that you can't pay to get real negative reviews removed from Google like you do on other services. Also seem to be some suspect 5* reviews from fake names appear just after reviews from real people.......isnt that convienient.

Awful company that use underhanded and questionable tactics to push prices artificially high. We made a bid in the "guide price" but were told even though there were no other bids the owner wanted above the guide price (so why don't they advertise as such?). I will never buy a property that's listed with these poor excuses for estate agents.
