I have been here since 6:50pm yesterday 11/2 and it is now 7am. Staff has checked on my son s girlfriend twice in 12 hours. This is unacceptable. Her dinner tray sat in her room until 10pm. No one has refilled her water pitcher. For all they know she could be dead. If I had it my she would be out of here.
