I wanted to personally thank the sales manager BJ at their Lynnwood, WA location. I was originally a little upset with the purchase of a used truck at their dealership. There was a slight odor of cigarette smoke in the truck when I purchased it. However, after several days at home and in sunlight---the odor became intolerable. I had to schedule an ozone treatment/detailing with a specialist which will be pretty pricey. After expressing being upset...BJ contacted me right away and told me the the wanted to make things right. We worked out an aggreement and he is going to do the right thing. I very much appreciate this. He did not have to do this. He told me that honesty and integrity were important to him and I think this showed his commitment to lifelong relationships and repeat customers. I went from being upset to very satisfied. This is rare in the sales world these days.
