I did a code A16 service at Sterling McCall recently and my advisor Mike was knowledgeable and helpful. He even offered me a discount since the day was close to Independence Day and Sterling McCall had service discount during the time period. Mike was kind enough to offer me a loaner car so that I had something to drive around when my car was in the garage for maintenance.
