My dog had been suffering from a chronic ear infection that, despite 4 months of treatment with my regular vet, just wouldn't resolve. I was referred to a board certified surgeon by my vet and chose Central after speaking with several friends in the animal medicine field. I can't say enough good things about my experiences with the hospital and their staff. The 3 veterinarians that worked with him were excellent- they explained the issues they were working with clearly, worked with me to come up with a treatment plan, and (Dr. Taylor especially) called with updates while my dog was in their care and answered all my questions. The ICU and surgical support teams are wonderful and I so greatly appreciated their frequent communication with me both before and after surgery, especially Nicole in the surgery department who was literally on the phone with me daily in the week leading up to surgery to coordinate everything. Highly recommend this hospital for expertise care. Many many thanks again, we're so happy to have our pup home with us and recovering!
