I called the hotel 6 times to confirm my reservation and upon reaching the hotel I have been treated horribly. I took a long journey to get to the hotel and tried to call the hotel 6 times to confirm yet received no response.
The hotel staff treated me horribly and refused to check me in. I am exhausted and sitting in the lobby. They refuse to cancel my reservation. They refuse to help me. I tried asking for the General manager yet received nothing. At 6'o clock in the morning, they ask me to get in touch with Radisson executives via email.
This is beyond pathetic to expect from a 5-star property. I work in the service industry and extremely closely with all the hospitality chains but have never experienced something so pathetic.
