Service department is the worst EVER! Ricky (Ricardo M.) and his supervisors are unprofessional. Don't expect for them to return your calls either. I swore a few years ago I wouldn't go back there, I've been going to Jerry Ulm where I get great service. But I had a small problem I thought they could take care of and since I work in Brandon, I thought it would be convenient. I made an appointment for 9AM. I dropped the van off at 8AM and Ricky told me they were backed up from the day prior. I said no problem as long as it's ready by 4 so I can drive it home to Tampa. I also asked Ricky if there were any type of replacement headlights or bulbs we can get to make them brighter and after no research at all, he said no. At 1PM I called and left a message for Ricky. By 3 he had not returned my call so I called to speak to his supervisor and got a voicemail. So I called back and spoke to Ryan in Internet Sales who hand delivered my message to the supervisor (Ryan actually called me back and told me he did so). I never received a call back. My husband and I went up there after 4PM when we got off work and my van was just then, after 8 hours, being diagnosed. I took the van in because the wiper fluid wasn't spraying out. I told Ricky that it's ridiculous that they've had my van all day and it's not fixed. He said "I told you this morning we were busy". I said "Then you guys shouldn't set appointments, what if I had to sit here all day?" He told me they don't make the appointments, a 3rd party does and they always get things wrong. Good to know Ricky. I said "I knew I should've gone to Jerry Ulm." And Ricky said "Jerry Ulm is the same way, I use to work there". I said "No, sir. They always have great service, that's why I quit buying cars here and having repairs done here, I should've gone to Jerry Ulm. " Ricky said "Yes, you should have gone to Jerry Ulm". Smartest thing he said. I asked to speak to his supervisor and I explained to this man what all had transpired, including Ricky telling me to go to Jerry Ulm. The supervisor shook his head and hung it down, but he did confirm that a 3rd party makes the appointments and they are usually wrong. Then the mechanic who diagnosed my van said we needed a new sprayer motor but i was not going to let them keep my van any longer. So, I dropped my van off at Jerry Ulm yesterday after work for an appointment the next morning, Scott was so pleasant to deal with. I also asked him about the headlights and he said yes, he would call me with details. By 9AM Scott called and said the wiper sprayer lines needed to be cleaned and he found the brighter bulbs and had them in stock. My van was ready by noon. THAT is how it's done. So take Ricky's advice and GO TO JERRY ULM DODGE ON DALE MABRY!

If I could have chosen 0 stars I would have!!
