I placed an order for 3 items on 11/16/15, as of 11/25, no shipping confirmation received. Called company, CS said it was never shipped, would check w/warehouse and call me. NO call back, did recv shipping conf. 1 item delivered on 12/4, where were the other 2 items (2 garlands, exact same). Called CS on 12/4, told would ship that day, recd two shipping confs, 1 UPS ground, 1 UPS Air. Why were they both not sent UPS air? Rec'd 1 garland 12/8, other garland still not sent. Called CS 12/15- told out of stock on the other garland! Would have to issue a refund. Garland was for two sides of a bridge. No need for just 1 garland. Terrible service, terrible warehouse management, never buy from this company!
