It is very sad that I have to give 1 star to this ...

It is very sad that I have to give 1 star to this dealership. Specially right now with this economy. The sales manager that helped me buy the car he promised a lot of stuff and when I came to sign at the store he said he didn t remember anything and was extremely rude. I m glad I had all written down by him with his hand writing. But it was extremely stressful to go through the process of buying a car at this place. They will promise you the world and then say oh we can t do this or that and the same sentence every low class dealership tells you we are losing money with this deal ...seriously!! Is that part of the training to say that? I really want the GM or someone that can make a change to this dealership to contact me so I can tell everything that happened and maybe they can make a change on the sales experience from a customer level. I am just very frustrated because it was supposed to be a happy purchase but we left angry and not want to put our foot back there.
