Made an appointment to see a vehicle and test drive it. informed them that we are driving in from Brooklyn NY. Arrived at appropriate time had me fill out test drive info sheet and sit with Rep only then to tell me that they no longer had that vehicle. as of this morning I also called this morning to confirm my appointment and was not told anything.

Update: later this evening I got a call from Smythe, Mr R. He Was very polite and apologetic for what occurred. He did ask what I was looking for and would call me back in a few days about a possible other vehicle. Whichever way it turns out I do appreciate the call.

Update 2: we worked with Robert and Jesus and were able to get a deal on a 2017 Volvo S60. Jesus was very informative and helpful through out the process and worked with us every part of the way. Was very happy with how our first situation was handled and resolved. Thank you for helping us along and getting a reliable family car.
