I have been fortunate to have hired Shullys for large (70+ people) and small venues (15+ people). They are extremely professional and on some occasions the owner even stopped by to ensure everything was exceeding expectations. The catering staff was very courteous , polite, and accommodating. Our guests even remarked how wonderful the staff was in ensuring everyone was completely satisfied. But this is only half of my story, wait until you try their varied menu. Their chef, Hadley , who studied for a time in Italy and prepared dishes at the famous Chicago Girl and a Goat restaurant and her staff prepares the most delicious appetizers/ entrees/ deserts !!! I found them to be extremely flexible and even discussed the food preparation with guests, which was a true unexpected delight and so entertaining!

Their sense of urgency and follow up to my ever changing menu requests was exemplary!! As a family Company they pride themselves in your total satisfaction.

Obviously, I rate their service and food world class. It is the reason I continue to use them for my entertaining venues! I have every confidence that you too will will have a delicious experience!!
