Every cyclist in Miami Beach told me to head to Mack's and I'm glad I did! Georgia and the entire team are so nice, the inventory is exceptional, and the service shop is fair and competent (which you cannot say for some other area shops). When my bike was having trouble they agreed to fix it even though I didn't buy it there and they had limited staff during COVID. They'll even pick up and drop off. Now I know why everyone passing me on the road is wearing a Mack's jersey! :)
