I had been a customer of one of the "major banks" for several decades. Over time, the level of service greatly deteriorated, the staff turned-over, - and I was getting more and more frustrated with the lack of attention and personal support regarding my banking needs. Also, I was supposedly a "gold" client, - meaning, I was supposed to be receiving a "concierge" level of service.
Then, I met Natasha Lowell from First National Bank of South Miami. I transferred my accounts to FNBSM and I discovered what concierge-level banking SHOULD be about! Everyone at this bank is helpful, warm, friendly and incredibly accommodating. I couldn't be more pleased with this bank and the level of service I receive on a daily basis. Thank you ALL at FNBSM!
