This museum is a must in Lyon for lovers of classical painting. Are represented some great classical painters, and also known local painters.
But there are quite a few rotations and in tends to see a little the same works, or very similar works.
There is also a section dedicated to modern painting and with a lot of changes compared to my previous visit (a year ago). A triptych Soulages is present as well as one of his paintings of the beginning (with the walnut husk).
