No service, did not call back with answers, could not get my mailing address correct over 2 years. Kevin Donovan was not interested in my concerns. I was doing $20K in business with them yearly. Once I changed brokers I found my concerns over the years where ignored and my new broker saved me thousands per year on numerous policy's Demanded Sherry Cook be taken off my account and like all my concerns this was ignored. It was evident they did not want my business. Stay away from Sherry Cook and Donovan Insurance. Donovan insurance and Kevin Donovan had more than enough chance to keep my business but continued to ignore my concerns
