About 10 years ago, I switched to Bigelow Oil & Energy to deliver oil and maintain my burners and a/c units. I ve never regretted my decision. Nick and his crew have had to respond to various heating issues over the years due to my old, complex system. Every technician who has come to the house, has been extremely friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly to me, has taken the time to explain in detail the issue and solution. It s really reassuring knowing that my calls to the office will be answered by a warm and friendly voice, my concerns will be resolved promptly and the technicians will show up when they say they re going to show up.
