This location is the best! I orginally set up a appointment to have recall work done on my 2014 328D with no intention on getting a new car. I legit said unless you can give me a deal I can't refuse I am not interested because I love my car and had it imported from Germany. I also originally started dealing with the Midlothian BMW dealership and honestly they were not listening to what I had to say or the fact I was not motivated to purchase a new car. Eve from Richmond BMW was very patient and reached out to me about my fustrations addressing every aspect. She listed to my wants and what it would take for me to consider a deal. I have to say she exceeded my expectations and definitely worked her magic for making a deal. I will only go to this location from now on. I appreciated the respect I received here without the stressful car salesman experience. If you want soneone who listens to what you want in a car, who will scrape inventory every where to find it while meeting your demands for the deal, Eve is your person!!!!
