Very poor customer service. Major issues when we tried to cancel our order after several weeks due to delivery issues. The phone was not answered for weeks due to working from home, our many emails were not answered, callback requests were ignored. Response only came when we started a formal complaints procedure and threaten to use Thuiswinkel.org. The money was eventually repaid with great effort.
