We visited the Long Pavilion at qualia for dinner while staying on Hamilton Island. Service was average and the food was mediocre at best. Certainly not a "6-star" experience as they claim it to be. Beautiful setting but did not live up the hype or our expectations.

We ordered the seafood plate to share. ($170) half of the seafood was deep fried.. which was extremely dissapointing. Nothing was local.. presentation was average with a pile of lettuce tossed in the middle.

If you want a good dining experience on Hamilton Island try Bommie at the yacht club.
