My 75 yr old mother was seen here and diagnosed with a very severe UTI, so severe she was slurring her speech and dropping things. It took 2 hours before they started any antibiotics or fluids. She was told a ambulance could get her back home as she had no ride, that was a lie. I found out the next morning she had to sleep in the waiting room from 10 p.m until she got picked up at 9 a.m..no.pillow, no blanket, no food and Not one person checked on her during the night. She should have been admitted but instead was placed in the waiting room...disgusting care...
