I stayed here for 3 weeks as I was on a business trip. Firstly, it being so early, i was the only person checking in at 1:30am (morning), but it still took 20minutes. The receptionist was so slow, blunt & uninviting.
The rooms were basic and my bed kept creaking and was warn down as it had a massive dip in the centre of the mattress. I reported this but nothing was done.
The Wi-Fi kept dropping which meant I couldn't work away from The office. At one point the Wi-Fi stopping working for 3 whole days.
There were no bike racks outside so I had to lock my mountain bike in the car.
The restaurant was never open. Pathetic.
The staff weren't much help. Just playing on their phones. Whenever I went to speak to someone at the front desk I would always end up waiting for 5 minutes when no one else was around. Why are people kept waiting when no other people are in the vicinity???
At 6am I would need to leave for work, the front doors were locked. I rang the front desk bell because nobody was at reception, I would call aloud for someone to let me out, sometimes I'd wait 10minutes just to leave the building! When I checked out, this repeated. I needed to go back into my room to get the rest of my things and on each occasion the receptionist would lock the front door and disappear on every single occasion, even when I said I'll be returning in 30seconds to get the rest of my belongings, bed disappear and nobody would let me in for 3minutes at a time. Pathetic. The tv signal would also drop out for about 3yrs each and every single day.
This is a great place to stay for 1night max. But at 120 per night, for the love of God, go elsewhere.
