Never in my life have I had to reach out to a charity ,until recently. I am elderly and severly disabled. As if it wasn't humiliating and difficult enough to ask for assistance with relocating to a new apartment , that is safe , as I fell victim to predators who gained access to what was supposed to be my home and sanctuary. I was violated in unspeakable ways. When, I received a phone call from Sue , she was cold, no empathy , no kindness in her heart , and spoke down to me like I was nothing. Thanks for returning my call & humiliating me even more, so
