I had my 2017 GLC 300 19" AMG wheels replaced with 20" AMG multispoke wheels. The service manager Alan Sepulveda quoted me at $6,900 for parts and labor. I scheduled the appointment for Dec. 22. I dropped the GLC off and got a 2021 GLE 350 Loaner. My GLC was ready today. After a week of waiting. Rafael Marzo told me I woudn't have to pay a core charge for my old rims. However today I was charged 600 dollars for not giving them my 19" AMG rims. Its $150 each rim. I am a AAA member and AutoNation is suppose to give you a 10 percent discount on parts and labor. I was denied that too. I had to pay over $7,000 for everything. Don't get service here. They are a complete rip off. Check the other Benz Dealers.
