Avoid the business insurance! I used them for 7 years for my small business. When my coverage lapsed on the due date they did not even notify me or pretend to care about my business. They blamed the carrier and said they have no clue what is going on with the policy. Poor communication and organization. I had emails asking for my coverage proof prior to filling a claim and was issued a certificate of insurance ! Once I filed claim they said I had no coverage. All I got was excuses about how they got new email addresses but failed to notify clients! If Brandi Rogers is your agent your in big trouble avoid this company at all costs. Bring your business to a broker/carrier that actually treats you like a person that is valued. Disgraceful. Also saved $500 a year by switching to a new company!
